SURF CLIP | PREPPING IN PORTUGAL

SUBERTUBOS, Peniche/Portugal - The ASP elite have packed their bags following an epic battle on French shores. They now regather to take on Portugal's mythical 'Supertubos' in the Rip Curl Pro. The spot has become known as the "European Pipeline", as it often resembles the famous Hawaiian wave, Banzai Pipeline.

With Smith, Fanning and Burrow all breathing down the neck of rating's leader Kelly Slater, this event has much at stake as the race for ASP world supremacy continues.

As the competition is set to kick-off many of the pro's can be found out in the line-up getting a feel for this famed European break.
