How did you get into surf photography: 
Started to film my old man driving a rally car, then moved onto mates surfing, skating and snowboarding.
Photography has been a progression from Video for me, but still love editing waves to music.

Inspirations in the world of surf photography: 
The list is endless, Dustin Humphrey, Scott Pommier, Harookz, Sean Davey, Ray Collins, Monster Children and any amazing photographs I see from around the world.

Where can we find your work: 
I have had shots on Coastalwatch, realsurf and a few shots published in ASL. I have also shot images for Panda Surfboards and HaydenShapes

Favourite surf shot: 
This was shot near my home (Avalon) and everything just lined up that day. The barrels were nuts!

Best surf photo trip so far and why: 
Hawaii 2007 as it was free and it was with 3 of my best mates, poor surf, but three Aussies in the Pipe Masters final, Occy's retirement party, Bede wins triple crown - cannot complain.

If you could go to any location with 4 surfers:
Where? Secluded Mid North Coast NSW
With who? Parko, Dane, Slater and Dougy my best mate
Why? I have a feeling if you got these guys together on some clean beachies and reefs up the coast there would be a strong possibility of scoring a couple of decent photo's from the trip!!!
Parko - cause he is the style master, Dane - cause he is out of control, Slater - he is the best surfer ever and Dougy, cause I need someone to let all the froth of the situation out with!!!


How can readers get shot: 
It seems by joining your nearest bikie gang you have a very good chance, also if you are surfing between Manly and Palmy when there are decent waves, or get in touch with me through the website.

What’s on the horizon for the future of you and your work:
 More filming and more photo's, working on the website, no plan, just having fun and running with it.
